Delicious pecan pie filling wrapped in flaky crescent rolls, perfect for dessert or a sweet snack.

- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into individual triangles.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pecans, melted butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, and cinnamon until sticky.
- Spoon about 1 heaping teaspoon of pecan mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle.
- Roll up each triangle starting at the wide end and shape into crescents.
- Spoon extra pecan mixture on top of each rolled crescent.
- Bake for 12โ14 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before servingโthe filling will be hot.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, and sprinkle with extra cinnamon for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
