- 1 tube of crescent roll dough
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- In a bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the pecan filling at the wider end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough tightly around the filling starting from the wide end.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
