  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract to create the pecan pie filling.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the pecan mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end to the pointed end, ensuring that the filling is sealed inside.
