Delicious crescent rolls filled with a rich mixture of pecans, brown sugar, and cinnamon, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a bowl, mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, and vanilla extract until sticky and combined.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of pecan mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle from wide end to tip, gently tucking the sides in to secure filling.
- Place rolls on the baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter or maple syrup and sprinkle with extra pecans.
- Bake for 10โ12 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure to chop the pecans finely for easy mixing. If you want more flavor, try adding some chocolate chips.
