Description

Delicious crescent rolls filled with a rich mixture of pecans, brown sugar, and cinnamon, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, and vanilla extract until sticky and combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of pecan mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up each triangle from wide end to tip, gently tucking the sides in to secure filling.
  6. Place rolls on the baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter or maple syrup and sprinkle with extra pecans.
  7. Bake for 10โ€“12 minutes until golden and puffed.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure to chop the pecans finely for easy mixing. If you want more flavor, try adding some chocolate chips.
