Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Open the can of crescent rolls and unroll the dough.
  3. Lay the dough triangles flat on a baking sheet.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg.
  5. Place a spoonful of the pecan mixture onto each triangle of dough.
  6. Roll up the dough from the wide end to the point to make a crescent shape.
  7. Place the rolls on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Let the rolls cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
