- 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Open the can of crescent rolls and unroll the dough.
- Lay the dough triangles flat on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg.
- Place a spoonful of the pecan mixture onto each triangle of dough.
- Roll up the dough from the wide end to the point to make a crescent shape.
- Place the rolls on the baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let the rolls cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Great with ice cream or whipped cream, and a drizzle of caramel sauce for extra indulgence.
