Description

A delicious blend of pecan pie flavors wrapped in soft, warm crescent rolls. Perfect for dessert or a sweet snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract to create the filling.
  3. Roll out the crescent dough and separate the triangles.
  4. Spoon some of the pecan mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
