Description

A delicious twist on the classic pecan pie, these crescent rolls are filled with a sweet pecan mixture, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup of pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup of butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. In a bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the pecan mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll them up.
  5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Best served warm. Dust with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
