A fun and easy twist on a classic dessert, these Pecan Pie Crescent Rolls are small, sweet, and packed with nutty flavor.

- 1 can (8 rolls) Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (refrigerated dough)
- 1 cup chopped pecans (lightly toasted)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, light corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla, and egg until smooth. Reserve 2 tablespoons of this mixture for glazing.
- Stir in the chopped pecans to create a thick, sticky filling.
- Unroll crescent dough triangles on the baking sheet. Spoon 2โ3 tablespoons of filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end toward the tip, tucking edges underneath. Space rolls about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8 minutes until lightly golden. Remove and brush with reserved glaze.
- Return to the oven for another 5 minutes, until glossy and golden brown.
- Optional: Sprinkle extra chopped pecans on top. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm for a sweet snack or dessert. Pairs well with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
