- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup (light or dark)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon (if using), and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of the pecan filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough tightly around the filling, starting from the wide end.
- Place the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until they are golden brown.
- Allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
