- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In the Crockpot, add the beef stew meat, carrots, potatoes, and onion.
- In a bowl, mix together the beef broth, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the meat and vegetables in the Crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 480 minutes or high for 240 minutes, until the beef is tender.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Cut meat into uniform pieces for even cooking. Brown meat first for a richer flavor. Use fresh herbs if available. Adjust seasoning to taste towards the end of cooking.
