Ingredients

  • Ramen noodles
  • Grilled beef
  • Spicy broth (chili paste, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, chicken or beef broth)
  • Creamy sauce (mayonnaise, sesame oil, garlic, and a splash of vinegar)
  • Green onions (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, grill the beef until cooked to your liking, then slice thinly.
  3. In a pot, combine the ingredients for the spicy broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the creamy sauce until smooth.
  5. Once the noodles are cooked, drain and divide them into serving bowls.
  6. Pour the spicy broth over the noodles, then top with sliced grilled beef.
  7. Drizzle the creamy sauce over the dish and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy the comforting flavors.
