Description

Deliciously rich strawberry cheesecake bars with a crisp graham cracker crust and a smooth cream cheese filling topped with fresh strawberry sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup strawberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325ยฐF (160ยฐC). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until just blended.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Once chilled, cut into bars and top with strawberry sauce before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother mixing. Do not over bake to avoid cracks.
