- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; mix well. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Spread this mixture evenly over the crust.
- Layer the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just simmering, then pour over the strawberries.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Cut into bars and enjoy!

Press the crust well for stability. Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for smooth mixing. Dry strawberries thoroughly to avoid sogginess.
