- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar (for crust)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar (for filling)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mix firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mix over the crust in the springform pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with sliced fresh strawberries before serving.
Notes
Chill the pan before filling it for faster setting. Use full-fat cream cheese for the best taste.
