Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for crust)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar (for filling)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mix firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mix over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Top with sliced fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes

Chill the pan before filling it for faster setting. Use full-fat cream cheese for the best taste.
