Description

These Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Tacos are the ultimate sweet treat—crispy taco shells coated in a golden cookie crunch, filled with creamy cheesecake, and topped with juicy strawberries. Perfect for parties, family nights, or anytime you want a fun dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup crushed Golden Oreos (or vanilla cookies)
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream (or Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam (optional for glaze)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate (melted)
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon (for shells)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the taco shells

    • Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut small circles out of tortillas.

    • Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and drape over oven rack bars or use molds to form taco shapes.

    • Bake 5–7 minutes until golden and crisp.

  2. Make the crunch coating

    • Crush Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries.

    • Mix with 2 tbsp melted butter.

    • Dip taco shells in melted white chocolate, then roll in crunch mixture. Set aside to harden.

  3. Mix the cheesecake filling

    • Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.

    • Fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy.

    • Transfer to a piping bag.

  4. Prepare strawberries

    • Slice fresh strawberries and toss with strawberry jam (optional for glaze).

  5. Assemble tacos

    • Pipe cheesecake filling into each taco shell.

    • Top with strawberries and drizzle with extra sauce if desired.

Notes

  • Make ahead: Shells and filling can be made a day in advance, but assemble just before serving.
  • Flavor swaps: Try blueberries, raspberries, or peaches for a fruity twist.
  • Serving tip: Pair with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a decadent finish.
