Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 store-bought cake or 12 ladyfingers, cut into cubes

  2. Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold mascarpone into the whipped cream until smooth.
  4. Add jam to berries if desired.
  5. Place a layer of cake cubes in the bottom of a trifle dish.
  6. Spoon a layer of cream over the cake.
  7. Add a layer of berries on top of the cream.
  8. Repeat layers until the dish is full, ending with cream on top.
  9. Garnish with a few berries and mint leaves.
