Description

These rich and soft brownies are packed with a deep chocolate taste and three types of chocolate chips.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
  • 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9×13-inch pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Let it cool a little.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar. Stir until they blend.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time. Beat well after each egg. Stir in the vanilla.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  6. Add the dry mix to the wet mix a little at a time. Stir until just mixed.
  7. Fold in the semi-sweet, white, and milk chips. Mix so chips spread in the batter.
  8. Pour the batter into the pan. Spread it even.
  9. Bake for 25โ€“30 minutes. A toothpick should come out with moist crumbs, not wet batter.
  10. Let the brownies cool in the pan. Cut into squares when cool.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Warm for 10 seconds in the microwave for a soft bite. Pair with vanilla ice cream or coffee.
