Description
These rich and soft brownies are packed with a deep chocolate taste and three types of chocolate chips.
Ingredients

- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9×13-inch pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Let it cool a little.
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar. Stir until they blend.
- Add the eggs one at a time. Beat well after each egg. Stir in the vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add the dry mix to the wet mix a little at a time. Stir until just mixed.
- Fold in the semi-sweet, white, and milk chips. Mix so chips spread in the batter.
- Pour the batter into the pan. Spread it even.
- Bake for 25โ30 minutes. A toothpick should come out with moist crumbs, not wet batter.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan. Cut into squares when cool.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Warm for 10 seconds in the microwave for a soft bite. Pair with vanilla ice cream or coffee.
