Description

Rich and easy deep brownies made with semisweet, milk, and white chocolate chips, perfect for a crowd or a small party.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9ร—13 inch pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat. Stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry mix to the wet mix and stir until just mixed.
  4. Fold in the semisweet, milk, and white chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the pan and spread it flat with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 25โ€“30 minutes. A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Let the pan cool on a wire rack. Cut the brownies into squares once cooled.

Notes

Use good cocoa for a strong chocolate taste. Do not overmix the batter after adding flour.
