Rich and easy deep brownies made with semisweet, milk, and white chocolate chips, perfect for a crowd or a small party.

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9ร13 inch pan.
- Melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat. Stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
- In a bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry mix to the wet mix and stir until just mixed.
- Fold in the semisweet, milk, and white chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the pan and spread it flat with a spatula.
- Bake for 25โ30 minutes. A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the pan cool on a wire rack. Cut the brownies into squares once cooled.
Notes
Use good cocoa for a strong chocolate taste. Do not overmix the batter after adding flour.
