Instructions
Blondies:

- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients; fold in mix-ins.
- Spread batter evenly in the pan and bake 20–25 minutes.
- Cool before slicing.
Brookies:
- Prepare brownie batter and cookie dough.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan and spread brownie batter first.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top and spread gently.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until edges set and top is golden.
- Cool before slicing and enjoy!
