Instructions

Blondies:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix melted butter with sugars until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, whisk well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Combine dry and wet ingredients; fold in mix-ins.
  6. Spread batter evenly in the pan and bake 20–25 minutes.
  7. Cool before slicing.

Brookies:

  1. Prepare brownie batter and cookie dough.
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan and spread brownie batter first.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top and spread gently.
  4. Bake 25–30 minutes until edges set and top is golden.
  5. Cool before slicing and enjoy!

  • For extra flavor, swirl caramel into blondie batter before baking.
