Description
A quick and easy orange sauce that pairs perfectly with chicken, using just three ingredients.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Put the orange juice, soy sauce, and honey in a bowl.
- Stir until the honey blends and the mix looks smooth.
- Use the sauce to marinate raw chicken for 15โ30 minutes, or skip the marinate and add it while you cook.
- Heat a skillet on medium. Add a little oil. Add chicken pieces and cook until they get color.
- Pour the sauce into the pan. Stir and let it heat and thicken a bit. Cook until the chicken is done and the sauce coats the chicken.
Notes
Taste the sauce before you cook and add a bit more honey if you like it sweeter. For more zip, add a small pinch of red pepper flakes.
