A delightful twist on the classic fast food favorite, this easy-to-make pasta salad features juicy beef, tangy pickles, and creamy dressing, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, ground beef, cherry tomatoes, pickles, cheddar cheese, and onions.
  4. Gently stir in the Thousand Island dressing until everything is well coated.
