- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, ground beef, cherry tomatoes, pickles, cheddar cheese, and onions.
