- 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup, honey, or agave (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and freeze for about an hour for a scoopable texture.
- Thaw the frozen yogurt for a few minutes before scooping when ready to serve.
