Description

A refreshing dessert made with creamy Greek yogurt and fresh blueberries, perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, blueberries, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  4. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 120 minutes or until firm.
  5. Scoop and serve, optionally garnished with extra blueberries.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Press plastic wrap onto the surface to prevent ice crystals.
