Description
A simple and healthy roasted cauliflower dish that makes an excellent side or base for a variety of meals.
Ingredients

- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional toppings: grated cheese, breadcrumbs, or herbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- Toss the florets in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well-coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
- Sprinkle with cheese or breadcrumbs for the last 5 minutes of baking if desired.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze the roasted florets.
