- 1 package Oreo Cookies
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Optional Mix-Ins (e.g., nuts or coconut)
Instructions
- Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they form fine crumbs.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth in a bowl.
- Add the protein powder, milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the cream cheese and stir until even and thick.
- Fold in half of the Oreo crumbs and any optional mix-ins.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
- Roll each ball in the saved Oreo crumbs to coat.
- Chill the tray for at least 15-20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use cold cream cheese for easier mixing. Add more protein powder if too wet, or more milk if too dry.
