Description

Sweet, creamy protein balls made with Oreo cookies and cream cheese, perfect for a guilt-free snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Oreo Cookies
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Optional Mix-Ins (e.g., nuts or coconut)

Instructions

  1. Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they form fine crumbs.
  2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth in a bowl.
  3. Add the protein powder, milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the cream cheese and stir until even and thick.
  4. Fold in half of the Oreo crumbs and any optional mix-ins.
  5. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  6. Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
  7. Roll each ball in the saved Oreo crumbs to coat.
  8. Chill the tray for at least 15-20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use cold cream cheese for easier mixing. Add more protein powder if too wet, or more milk if too dry.
