Description

Delightful chocolate truffles that melt in your mouth, perfect for sharing joy with family and friends.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toppings: crushed nuts, coconut flakes, or sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming, not boiling.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it cool. Cover and refrigerate for about 120 minutes or until firm.
  5. Scoop out small amounts of chocolate and roll into balls.
  6. Roll each ball in your choice of toppings.
  7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.

Notes

Using high-quality chocolate enhances the flavor. Make sure to chill the mixture adequately before rolling for easier handling.
