- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming, not boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it cool. Cover and refrigerate for about 120 minutes or until firm.
- Scoop out small amounts of chocolate and roll into balls.
- Roll each ball in your choice of toppings.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
