Ingredients

- 1 lb Chicken breast
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Herbs (like oregano or thyme)
- 2 cups Rice or mixed greens
- 1 Cucumber, sliced
- 2 Tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup Olives
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Prepare rice according to package instructions or use mixed greens as a base.
- Slice cucumber and tomatoes.
- Assemble the bowls by placing rice or greens at the bottom, adding the cooked chicken on top, and garnishing with cucumber, tomatoes, olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Serve immediately or store for meal prep.
Notes
Marinate chicken longer for best flavor. Customize toppings as desired.
