Ingredients

- 4 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons Active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Whole milk
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups Fresh raspberries
- 8 ounces Cream cheese
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- Warm the milk slightly, then add it along with the melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a large rectangle, then spread a layer of cream cheese and scatter the raspberries on top.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice it into pieces. Place the slices in muffin tins and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the cruffins for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle them with powdered sugar for that extra touch!
