Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or another sweetener
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. Mix together the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
