Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- Mix together the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
