Description

A creamy and flavorful shrimp pasta that’s quick to make and perfect for a romantic dinner or comforting meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces of pasta (such as fettuccine or linguine)
  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta with the shrimp and sauce until well combined.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Adjust the spice level according to your taste. Don’t overcook the shrimp to keep them tender.
