Ingredients

- 8 ounces of pasta (such as fettuccine or linguine)
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the shrimp and sauce until well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Adjust the spice level according to your taste. Don’t overcook the shrimp to keep them tender.
