Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
- Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth in a medium bowl.

- Bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.
- Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
