Description

A delightful Chinese dish featuring tender chicken, fresh veggies, and hoisin sauce, wrapped in Mandarin pancakes or tortillas.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • Mandarin pancakes or warm tortillas

Instructions

  1. Begin by slicing the chicken breast into thin strips.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat some oil over medium-high heat and add the chicken. Cook until lightly browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the shredded cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms to the skillet. Stir-fry everything together for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Pour in the hoisin sauce and mix well to coat everything evenly.
  5. Serve the Moo Shu Chicken in Mandarin pancakes or warm tortillas for wrapping. Enjoy!

Notes

Use fresh vegetables for the best flavor, and consider adding bell peppers or snow peas for extra color.
