Description

Delicious and chewy Nutella marshmallow cookies with a gooey center, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the Nutella, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in the mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  7. Scoop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For an extra chocolatey flavor, try adding a few chocolate chips to the dough. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
