- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the Nutella, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Scoop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For an extra chocolatey flavor, try adding a few chocolate chips to the dough. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
