Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground chicken
  • 1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Scoop out portions of the mixture and shape them into balls or ‘bombs.’
  4. Place the chicken bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden on the outside.
