- 1 recipe Homemade Lemonade (or 8 cups of your favorite lemonade)
- 4–5 peaches
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint + more for garnish
Instructions
- Make the lemonade: Prepare the lemonade according to the directions for your homemade lemonade and then set it aside to chill.
- Prep the peaches: Wash and slice the fresh peaches, removing the pit. Reserve about ¼ of the peach slices for garnishing the pitcher later.
- Blend the peaches: In a blender, add the remaining peach slices, 1 cup of the lemonade mixture, and 1 tablespoon of fresh mint. Blend until the mixture is smooth. If you prefer a thinner texture, pour it through a fine strainer or sieve.
- Combine everything: Pour the peach mixture into a pitcher. Add the remaining lemonade and stir gently to combine. Toss in those reserved peach slices and some lemon slices for a stunning presentation.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish each glass with fresh mint and additional peach slices. For extra chill, you can either add ice to the pitcher or pour the lemonade over cups of ice to keep it from diluting.
