Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle granola, nuts, or chocolate chips on top.
- If desired, add fresh fruit.
- Freeze until solid, about 240-360 minutes.
- Once frozen, break into pieces and serve.
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creamier texture. Adjust sweetener to taste. Get creative with toppings!
