Description

A sweet and healthy snack combining creamy yogurt with rich peanut butter, topped with crunchy granola and customizable add-ins.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips
  • Fresh fruit (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle granola, nuts, or chocolate chips on top.
  5. If desired, add fresh fruit.
  6. Freeze until solid, about 240-360 minutes.
  7. Once frozen, break into pieces and serve.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creamier texture. Adjust sweetener to taste. Get creative with toppings!
