Description

Deliciously creamy cheesecake bars with a buttery graham cracker crust and a rich filling, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Beat cream cheese with a mixer until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup sugar and vanilla, mixing until creamy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the center is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  7. Spread sour cream evenly over the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars. Enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use room temperature ingredients and slice with a warm knife for clean cuts.
