- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 oz each) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Beat cream cheese with a mixer until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup sugar and vanilla, mixing until creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Spread sour cream evenly over the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
Notes
For best results, use room temperature ingredients and slice with a warm knife for clean cuts.
