- Powdered sugar – ½ cup
- Vanilla extract – 1 tsp

- Egg – 1 (beaten, for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
- Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Spoon a small amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each pastry square.
- Top with fresh berries and fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create a pin shape.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg for that golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
