Description

A bright and creamy dessert with luscious layers of whipped cream and vibrant raspberry flavors, perfect for impressing friends and family.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups raspberry jam or puree
  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • Fresh raspberries (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed crackers with melted butter and then press this mixture into a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold in the condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour half of the cream mixture over the crust and swirl in half of the raspberry jam.
  5. Repeat with the remaining cream and jam, swirling everything to create lovely ripples.
  6. Freeze the dessert for at least 360 minutes, or even overnight, until it’s firm.
  7. Before serving, top with fresh raspberries if desired.
