- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and crushed graham crackers (if using).
- Use your hands to form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
