Description

A rich dessert combining dark, milk, and white chocolate in a creamy texture that will impress any chocolate lover.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate, chopped
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 large eggs, separated
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Let it cool.
  2. Whip 1 cup of heavy cream in another bowl until soft peaks form. Fold this into the cooled dark chocolate.
  3. Beat the egg whites with salt in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold these into the chocolate mixture.
  4. Pour the combined mixture into a lined cake pan and chill.
  5. Repeat the same process with the milk chocolate, then with the white chocolate, layering them in the same pan.
  6. Chill all layers for at least 240 minutes until set.
  7. Remove from the pan and garnish with additional whipped cream or chocolate shavings for that extra touch!
