Description

Deliciously chewy blondies with pockets of white chocolate and fresh raspberries, perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips and fresh raspberries.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
