- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup erythritol or your preferred sweetener
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, and erythritol, mixing until well combined.
- Combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture, stirring until you have a smooth batter.
- Fold in the sliced strawberries gently.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.
